Hi!

Thanks for checking out my blog! I'm a wife, mom and Real Estate Broker Associate in Southern California.  Join me on my blogging journey!

Top Secret Agent

You guys!  Did you know I have been a TOP SECRET Real Estate Agent for 6 years?! Shocking, I know.  I am not one to talk about my career, but I think it is time I change that! I started working for my dad during my final semester of college.  While contemplating what I would be doing with my hard-earned Communications Degree with an emphasis in Travel and Entertainment (really hard-hitting stuff!), my dad said to me "Why don't you come work with me? You'll have flexibility, get to work with great people and you would be helping me out a lot."  I Was Sold.

I had watched my dad my entire life work hard to provide for our family and he was still my soccer, softball and basketball coach every year, never missed a school event and still had time to shoot hoops in the backyard with my sisters and me.  This is exactly what I wanted to be able to do for my future family.  Six months after graduating college I had my real estate license.  Working with my dad has been an amazing experience that I feel so fortunate to have been offered and I am blessed to be able to learn the business from such an amazing man.   I think the most important things he has taught me are that trust and loyalty are key!  Never speak of a client’s financial or personal situation to anyone! And, if you do honest and hard work people will remember you! These are the morals and values I will carry into my career and are just some of the reasons he has been so successful for over 30 years.  He has been able to work strictly from referrals his entire career.  (Seriously, he has never advertised his business!  We also have the greatest and most loyal clients in the world who send us awesome referrals!) TOM IS THE BEST.

So for the last 6 years, I have been Dad's shadow aka assistant, transaction coordinator, i-dotter, t-crosser, right-hand (wo)man, daily lunch date, personal shopper (you're welcome, Mom!) and tabs-keeper.  Basically, everything short of his golf caddy.  I mean, at one point my parents started getting mail at the house addressed to "Tom and Ashley Williams" so we are kind of a package deal.  Which is great for us and our clients!  I help him, he guides me and our clients have the piece of mind of an experienced Broker with the fresh perspective of a newer Agent.

Speaking of a fresh perspective, there are some things that are a little different now then when my dad started his business over 30 years ago and because we are currently living in a highly digital world, I have decided to come out of hiding and make my presence on the internet known.  Don't worry though, I will NOT be flooding your feed with how many sales I've had in the last year, how fast I put together a deal or even how much money over asking price I got for a Seller.  In fact, you will never see a post about those things from me.  I would rather you think I did zero transactions a year than be the girl who boasts about her sales on Facebook.  Honestly, I just love helping people find a place to call home and I love getting to work with family and friends to help them achieve their real estate goals.

With that being said, I know the first thing anyone does these days ("these days" -gosh I sound old) when looking for any kind of service is to look it up online- I know, I'm a millennial, too!  Which is why I decided to come out of hiding and create this website.  I plan on using it as a place to connect with family, friends, clients and the people who are referred to me.  I hope you will learn some new things on here, not just about real estate, but maybe a new recipe or about a local event taking place.  Most importantly, I hope this is a place for you to get to know me a little better,  I’m not just a Real Estate Agent in Orange County.   You’ll also learn that I am the wife of a firefighter, mother to a beautiful little girl (and a son on the way!!) and German Shepherd son and I love to cook!  So whether you are looking for a new house or a new recipe,  I’ll be here!

I'd love to hear what you think of the site and anything you may be interested in reading about so please comment below!  You can also get updates by subscribing!  I appreciate your support and for following along this journey with me.  Thank you for stopping by creme de la klemm!
